The software is not working in Windows 98 SE.

Refer to the attached document. This document included in the software. So you can walk the customer through opening it this document by doing the following:

1. Open “My Computer” or Explorer
2. Click on the hard drive (Usually it is the “C” drive)
3. Double click on “Program Files” to open it.
4. Double click on the “Microlife” Folder to open it
5. Double click on the “Microlife BPA ” Folder to open it
6. Double click on the “USB Driver” Folder to open it
7. Double click on the “BPA_98_Driver” Word document to open it and view and follow the directions
